• Examination and cleaning of the air filter and cover systematically.

• Checking and clearing the dust and clogs in the cooling coil and fan blowers with Chemical Solvent.
• Clearing of blockages in the water tray and drainage pipe.
• Greasing of the fan motor in evaporator and condenser unit (when necessary)
• Test running the system after works are done to make system are in optimal performances.
• Our trained field technicians will advise our client of our findings and recommendations.
